runCoach — SMS Coaching Service
Effective Date: March 1, 2026This Privacy Policy describes how ATX Advisory Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information provided when you opt in to receive SMS text messages from our coaching service. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data — with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
No mobile opt-in data or consent information will be shared with any third party for any purpose not directly related to operating this SMS coaching service.
We retain your personal information and SMS conversation history for as long as necessary to provide the coaching service and for a reasonable period thereafter.
